Any proposed amendments to these bylaws may be introduced by any member of the club at any regular or special meeting. Such proposed amendments must be submitted to the National Rifle Association for approval. After they have been approved by the NRA, they must be acted upon by the club membership at a regular meeting or special meeting called for the purpose provided a copy of the approved amendments has been sent to each club member by United States mail at least ten days previous to the meeting. A two-thirds vote of the members present is necessary to amend these bylaws.
