Section 1 - Quorum

A quorum to transact business of the RGC shall consist of one-tenth of the membership or 15 members (whichever is more) and include at least 3 members of the executive committee (one of which must be the President or Vice President),

Section 2 - Meetings

(a) Regular Meetings

RGC shall meet at least quarterly with an annual meeting during the month of January which shall include election of officers and the Range Master Training Seminar.

The members of RGC shall be informed of the date, time, and place of each meeting.

(b) Special Meetings

A special meeting of RGC may be held at any time upon the call of the President, or upon the call of the Executive Committee, or upon the request, in writing, stating the purpose of the proposed meeting, and signed by at least 10% of the members in good standing.

Members shall be notified about any special meeting at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting and the meeting shall be held within 30 days following the request for the meeting.

Section 3 - Meeting Times and Locations

The Executive Committee shall determine the time, location, and agenda for all RGC meetings including special meetings.
