Temporary Range Closure

In an effort to help protect the health and safety of our members and guests during the COVID-19 outbreak, the Executive Committee for Redwood Gun Club has chosen to enact a temporary range closure and suspend all club activities. All matches, events, classes, and public days are cancelled through the end of April. Your Executive Committee is monitoring developments and will provide updates on plans for reopening our range.

Range Safety Officers scheduled for duty days that are cancelled will receive credit for those days. Trainees will need to reschedule.

At this time, RGC RSOs may still use the range provided they follow CDC recommendations. Take precautions when handling locks, gates, doors, and benches. Maintain at least 6 feet distance from one another. (An empty bench between you is a good guideline.) Do not share equipment.

If you or someone in your household is sickSTAY HOME!

If you or someone in your household is in a high risk group (over 65, obese, smoker/vaper, diabetic, have lung or heart disease, or immunocompromised) — STAY HOME!

Agencies that have contracts with RGC may use the range in accordance with their contract and their agencies' guidelines.

Stand strong, help those who need it, and stay safe.
